Steps to reproduce:
When I set a site to favorites on home page the icon correctly displays initially. When I hard close the browser the icon changes to just a letter instead of website icon. When you clear data and click on icon to visit the site the icon
correctly displays again till the browser is forced closed.
Expected behavior:
Expect icons to be consistent between app launches.
