Muted full screened videos get paused

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Youtube.com (or other video of choice)
2. Play the video, and full screen it
3. Mute the video
4. Change windows (so that the full-screened video is no longer on the screen)
5. Go back to the video

Notes:
This behaviour occurs with compatibility mode on. Safari does not have this problem. The video is not paused if unmuted and unfocused.

Expected behavior:
The video should continue to play in the background and not get paused.
