Steps to reproduce:
- In Mac system settings go to Desktop & Dock -> Menu Bar -> set Automatically hide and show menu bar to Never.
- Go fullscreen with Orion.
Expected behavior:
Expected behavior is that the menu bar is present in fullscreen. However, no matter the setting when making Orion fullscreen the menu bar dissapears no matter what.

- Orion: 0.99.123-RC
- OS: Ventura 13.1
- Hardware: Macbook Pro 14-inch, M1 Pro, 16gb RAM, 512 GB storage
