Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have many tabs (such that not all can be displayed in the vertical tab list)
  2. Open the vertical tab list
  3. Switch tabs using keyboard shortcuts

Expected:
When switching to a tab that is not visible in the vertical tab list, the vertical tab list show scroll to show the tab. (e.g. as if using scrollIntoViewIfNeeded in chrome on the tab dom element).

Actual:
Active tab is hidden below the fold, and needs to be manually scrolled to.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.122-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7)

        This also happens if you use command+[1-9] to switch to the first 9 tabs after scrolling them out of view.
