Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Orion.
  2. Open another app along side it using Split View.
  3. Notice that the toolbar doesn’t quite adjust correctly in Orion.

Expected behavior:
The toolbar should be adjusting, hiding or resizing buttons as necessary.
