Steps to reproduce:
CONTEXT: I use two monitors, and my MacBook display identifies as the primary one. This only happens when Orion is on the MacBook screen, at least for me.

  1. Turn auto-hiding for the taskbar on
  2. Download something
  3. When you click on the download icon, a list of downloads pops up.
  4. Move your cursor away from the task bar, so that it auto hides.
  5. The download pop up jumps from the left side to the right.

Expected behavior:
The task bar stays on the right side, not jumping to the left.
