Steps to reproduce:
Opened https://bgremoval.streamlit.app

Expected behavior:
The image should remain static. It works fine on Safari. But, on Orion it keeps jumping.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.122-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7)
iMac (macOS Ventura 13.0.1 build 22A400)

NipunBatra Appears fixed in the latest RC
