Steps to reproduce:
- Enable the setting to open previously open tabs in Orion on browser launch
- Open a set amount of tabs, any number will do
- Close Orion, and re-launch. Note the tab count on the tool bar (in my example, I see it says "13 Tabs"
- Open some tabs, or close some existing tabs, note that the count neither increases nor decreases
Expected behavior:
If a count is shown, it should increase/decrease appropriately
