I like how Safari Browser allows the user to directly create new folders in Action Menu > Add Bookmark > Location > + New Folder.

This request is much like (https://orionfeedback.org/d/1397-create-new-folders-from-bookmark-dropdown) but for iOS.
Not sure if this suggestion counts as a duplicate (sorry), please merge the two if that's the case.
