Latest version of Orion
When adding a new tab or opening page in new tab, the window splits showing half of original page and half of the new page and unable to toggle to full view of new page or full view of older page.
I am having the same problem, when I stay in the browser for more than 1 hour it just randomly happens. Safari doesn’t act like that and Orion needs to be restarted to fix the problem.

As a reminder, if Orion is full screen this doesn’t happen. I’m using stage manager and then making screen not all the way full both on iPad and the external screen

Same issue here. New pages opened in Orion (with Stage Manager) show the right hand side of the web page on the left hand side of the Orion window. The right hand side of the window is blank. Opening the tab to the left shows half of the page from that tab, and the left hand half of the page from t
he new tab.
Just updated! Issue looks to be fixed!
Been playing with it more today, seems to not quite be stable yet. Keeping open tabs then putting browser in background and then coming back to tabs its as if half the page disappeared and its blank. Having trouble recreating on iPad screen, but do see it when window is open on external monitor
