This is default pop up behavior in Chrome.

I often have a working session that save files to a newly created folder in my computer.
The last saved location is persistent though if I use "Download linked file" in the right click options. But it doesn't work for downloading files that cannot be right clicked.

      Convenience feature, File download location - Ask for each download
      Please make dialogue remember last folder user navigated to and saved a file to. This saves user having to repeatedly navigate the system to get back to the location where the last file was saved, useful when doing consecutive downloads to the same folder.

              Am I missing something? I'm reading that this behavior should be normal but it has not been my experience on 0.99.125-beta. Downloads revert to the default downloads directory instead of being the last saved location.

                It would be useful for us to compare current Orion behavior to current Safari behavior and highlight what exactly needs to be changed and why. Thanks

                  Got it, here's a screencap. You'll see with Safari, it remembers my last saved location - in this case it's reverting back to a folder on my desktop. With Orion, it's defaulting to the Downloads folder regardless of my last saved location.

                  I've also included a screenshot of my Orion settings which shows I have "Ask for each download" selected.
