After Unpinning a tab, Open Link in New Tab opens link next to the last tab instead of the current one

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open multiple tabs

2. Pin one tab

3. Unpin the tab

4. Right click on a link in the tab you just unpinned and chose "Open link in New Tab" --> The link will be opened next to the last tab instead of the current tab

   If applicable, does Safari behave in the same way?>
   Safari behaves as expected.

Expected behavior:
The link should open next to the current tab
