Rendering of a specific page is broken

Steps to reproduce:
Visit this webpage and see if the rendering is totally busted

Expected behavior:
I expect the page to render correctly

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

Orion: Version 0.99.122-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7)
OS: macOS Ventura 13.1
Hardware: 2021 MacBook Pro, 16 inch, M1 Max, 64 GB RAM

• This is happening in Safari too. It seems like it's only affecting a small group of users. WebKit seems to be the common thing between Safari and Orion, but I haven't found any issues listed anywhere, for Safari, Orion, or WebKit.
• The issue doesn't appear in FireFox or Chrome.
• If I move my mouse around on it, elements bits and pieces of the elements appear.
• As soon as I focus on another window, all of the elements on the page render entirely, but as soon as I focus back on the page, they a disappear.
• As soon as I bring up the inspector, everything loads.
