Steps to reproduce:
With a single tab open in a window and show tab bar enabled, drag the tab out of the window. now the window just goes away. if a video is playing, it still plays, play pause short cuts still work, the tab is still there I think.
If I quite the app and reopen. that tab comes back/gets reloaded.
If you do this in full screen mode, the whole app crashes.
Expected behavior:
it goes back into a window, maybe where the new pointer spot is. window content should not change.
