When the toolbar at the bottom is hidden by scrolling make it visible by tapping on the bottom of the screen the red zone in figure 1.
This is a Safari feature but very handy!

By tapping at the bottom the toolbar gets visible.

    wesvr It looks like you have focus mode on, and in this mode there is nothing to tap on the bttom f the screen. If you turn it off you will have a toolbar to tap on.

    Did you enable focus mode or was it enabled by default?
