Steps to reproduce:
-Pin a couple tabs. Ex: I have Gmail and YouTube tabs pinned always.
-Close Orion and reopen. (Note: This happens usually when you close Orion and reopen. If you quit Orion completely [Cmd+Q], the first pinned tab auto-refreshs sometimes.)
-When you click on the 2nd, 3rd, or any other pinned tab, they auto-refresh the page.
-But when you click on the first pinned tab, nothing happens. You have to manually refresh the page for it to load.
Did you try using Compatibility mode? > Yes
If applicable, does Safari behave in the same way? > Works correctly. All pinned tabs refresh when you click on them.
Expected behavior:
Pinned tab should reload/refresh when you click on it after Orion restart.
