Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a bookmark folder in the Bookmarks Bar.
  2. Create another filder in the Bookmarks Bar.
  3. Drag and Drop first folder into the second folder.
  4. First folder gets deleted.

Expected behavior:
First folder should be moved into the second folder.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 0.99.122-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7), MacOS 13.0.1 (22A400), MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2020

    I have been moving folders to and from other folders in my bookmark bar and everything works as expected.
