Steps to reproduce:
Open any page and try to scroll using spacebar

Expected behavior:
Scroll FPS would be 60 or 120, but I see that it's around 30

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.122-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7)
MBP 14

    I was going submit my own request when I saw this. I have a video of Orion and a video of Safari, where Safari is much, much faster/snappier.

      Orion also does a weird bounce when you try to Spacebar/Shift+Spacebar at the bottom or top of a page, respectively. I actually kind of like that part, but would love to see the speed of it all go back to normal, since when I started using Orion the function was just as snappy as Safari.

        This is controlled by WebKit. Latest OrionRC has newer WebKit and you can try to see if you like it better.
