Steps to reproduce:
Github extensions which include support for working on Github Enterprise websites do not work on GH Enterprise websites.
This includes,
- Refined Github
- Octotree
- Gitako
I've enabled these extensions for the GH Enterprise website using the 'Enable <extension> on this domain' entry in the right click menu, as documented by the extensions. But the extensions do not get enabled.
I've tried the extensions from both Firefox and Chrome, and didn't from either place.
Expected behavior:
I expect the extensions to work on the GH Enterprise sites once they've been enabled for the domain.
