I am really happy to see profiles implemented into Orion. It was one of the features that kept me from moving over from Firefox.
I have noticed, however, that when you want to switch between profiles, you are required to open a new "instance" of Orion. It would be nice if, in profile settings/preferences, you could add a checkmark that allowed you to switch between opening new profiles in a new instance or in a new tab of the existing instance (similar to how Firefox handles Container Tabs). You could even make it so that when you click on the profile name in the top bar it has an option to open a profile in a new tab or instance.
