Tabs don't stay in the proper window after move

Steps to reproduce:
Open a tab in a named window.
Move that tab to another named window.
Confirm that the move happened properly.
Close Orion.
Re-open Orion, and you'll see that it undid the move.
Alternatively, if you move the tab from a named window to an unnamed window ("Window 1"), you'll see that the tab exists in both the old and the new location.

Expected behavior:
I expect tabs to stay where I move them.
