Googel search in location bar doesn't work for non english chars

Steps to reproduce:

In the location bar enter any chars like "do" for example, gets list of suggestions from google.
When enter non english chars nothing happens.
Ex "öst"

Expected behavior:
Do search as other browsers do, in above case show list of sites matching search
