Recipe:
Open an Orion window, visit website on domain A.
Open a second Orion window (private or regular), visit another website (domain B).
Change active window to the one containing domain A.
Notice that the Orion menu item for "settings for <site>" has a label referring to the most recently loaded domain (domain B), even though current open window in the foreground is for domain A.
The functional option seems to affect the correct domain (current active window tab, i.e. domain A)
Note that changing tabs seems to refresh this label, just not changing active foreground window.
