  • Orion exits when closing "Start page" tab with pinned tab focused

Steps to reproduce:

  • Have some tabs pinned
  • Close the "Start Page" tab

Expected behavior:

  • Either don't exit Orion when closing this tab when another pinned tab is focused or make this "Start page" tab impossible to close when it's the only classic tab.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

  • Orion: Version 0.99.121.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.20)
  • macOS: MacBook Pro 13" M1 16GB - macOS Ventura 13.1 beta build 22C5044e

    Here you should not be able to close the last non-pinned tab (this already is the case with horizontal tabs).
