Google Docs Offline extension does not work

Steps to reproduce:

Install Google Docs Offline
Open a google document
Click on "File" - If the extension would work correctly then you should see "Make available offline" right after "Version History", but this is not the case

Try following those steps using Google Chrome, you'll see the expected behaviour.

I may have this working with latest beta. Google Docs Offline 1.65.0 plugin version.
Switch User Agent: Chrome

I now get the option to work offline.

Extension is still not working properly for me—no option to make file available offline.
