Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open any dark themed website(youtube in dark theme) for example.
  2. Open any video in background tab.
  3. A vertical glowing border appears on the left corner of your
  4. You can also see the same kind of glowing border in Start Page(see below images to understand).

Expected behavior:
No glowing(probably blurred overlays misbehaving) must be visible.
