Steps to reproduce:
Open Orion and click on an extension shortcut

Expected behavior:
Extensions are supposed to have pannels to configure and interact with them but they're not available/clickable in Orion right now

Orion and macOS:
MacOS, latest Orion update

tutruie They usually are. What extension did you try it with?

Some problems with those extensions (all from Firefox store)

      • GMail Checker Simple (no animation on icon)
      • AdGuard assistant (no dropdown menu)
      • Raindrop.io(no login possible with raindrop.io service)

Same with Chrome extensions, seems that icons in toolbar has not functionality, neither no popup nor any other actions.

Are you trying to click on them on Orion's empty page?
The icons are not clickable there, you need to open a webpage so that they work. I made the same comments months ago, still think you should be able to open extension options without opening a page first.

For instance, if I want to open uBO to change a particular setting, why do I need to open a webpage first? If I don't have an internet connection I won't be able to do anything.

catch-22 Thanks for making this reference.

@alezzblezz @tom @tutruie can you confirm you are trying to click them on an empty page (and if yes, what would you expect them to do there?)

Some working well but some not.

I wrote on Discord about this issue - Chrome and Firefox extensions:

            AdGuard Browser Assistant (screen below)

            Feedly Notifier: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/feedly-notifier/egikgfbhipinieabdmcpigejkaomgjgb
When click on icon nothing happend (after click extension need to open new tab with feedly page)
AdGuard VPN: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adguard-vpn-%E2%80%94-privacy-sec/hhdobjgopfphlmjbmnpglhfcgppchgje - screen below

Can someone confirm if this problem has been solved in 109.1 update?

Vlad Partially working now for Google Mail Checker, but I'm getting a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()" error in console so the unread count never works.

If there is no Gmail tab, it attempts to create one but nothing happens. If there is an open Gmail tab, clicking the extension navigates to it from any other tab.

                  No one is typing
