Opening Bookmark Bar Folder can be Slow

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new folder in "Bookmarks Bar" and fill it with many bookmarks, I would say over 100.
2. Then try to open that folder from the "Bookmarks Bar" below the url bar.
   It should stall and take a second or more to load.
   

In Safari with the same bookmarks there is no delay.

This is not as big of an issue if you have only a few bookmarks.

Expected behavior:
It should open instantly like it does in Safari
