Window Resizer extension (Chrome) won’t work

Steps to reproduce:

1. I installed the Window Resizer extension from the Chrome Web Store (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/window-resizer/kkelicaakdanhinjdeammmilcgefonfh).
2. The extension appears but its settings and preferences are unavailable, making it useless.
3. Compatibility mode is N/A, of course, since this involves an extension.
4. This is N/A to Safari because it's a non-Safari extension.

Expected behavior:
The extension will work normally.

Orion and macOS:
Orion v. 0.99.108.1-beta (WebKit 613.1.10).
macOS v. 12.0.1.
