Fast scrolling on uncached app list causes wrong icons to flicker

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reopen Orion
2. Wait for some time
3. Open App List and start scrolling from top to bottom then backwards
4. Repeat multiple times until many icons on the way are unloaded gray

Expected behavior:
Correct icons without flickers
