Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to a page
  2. Hold down the address bar
  3. Click Tab list icon
  4. Click Menu icon (once or multiple times)
  5. Release the address bar
  6. Expect the weird animation or a crash

Expected behavior:
No weird animation
