I often browse Reddit. However I prefer the old version so I usually double-click on "www" and change it to "old". In a current version as I click the link in an address bar highlighted is the part until a slash and not a dot. In this example highlighted would be "www.reddit.com" rather than just "www". Moreover, if I try to change the address or hit a slash the browser is acting as if I pressed the Back button.

On a double click in an address line highlighted should be a part of web address until a dot and not a slash. As well I should be able to edit address in the address line rather than taken aback to the page I've been.
