Steps to reproduce:
Any attempt at opening the dialog to select a file to upload does not work.
An example is http://waifu2x.udp.jp where clicking "Choose File" does not work at all.
Expected behavior:
The file selector should open.
Compatiblity mode does not work, safari behaves well and the selector opens.
