Orion not handling PDFs well

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a direct link to a pdf within Orion eg https://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/2000/MA2098/en_US/apple-watch-ultra-03405206-info.pdf
2. Tap share to bring up share sheet

Expected behavior:
<What you expected to happen?>
The share sheet to include available pdf readers (see attached screenshots) Safari share sheet has the expected handling.
