Steps to reproduce:
Install and activate the extension from the Chrome store, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-search-navigator/cohamjploocgoejdfanacfgkhjkhdkek?hl=en.
Expected behavior:
On Google search results page there should be a little triangle to the left of the top-most result and hitting return should take us to it. Also down and up arrows can be pressed to set the pointer to other results and hit return to visit them.

What is happening
No triangle. Nothing happens when return is pressed on a Google search results page.
