Steps to reproduce:
Right click on bookmark sidebar or the bookmark manager and there is no option to perform create and delete operations on main/root bookmarks folder.
Expected behavior:
Apart from Favourites, the user should be able to perform create and delete operations on main/root bookmarks folder.
