Ability to drag and change the order of the favourites.

      Describe your suggestion in detail:
      A rather very simple suggestion actually, and it's to make the Start Page icons draggable. For example, the favorites, the reading list, etc, should be all draggable icons, instead of having to go into the Sidebar and drag them there.

      How should this suggestion be implemented?
      I'm unsure how it is to be implemented, but from what I can see, just holding left click on the icons will make them drag, save, and stay there until moved again.

      Expectations:
      For the icons to be draggable, and then keep and save them as is.

                Brief Summary
                Being able to re-arrange Favorites on the Start Page via Drag-And-Drop would be nice to have for ease-of-use.

                Details:
                Open Safari and add a few "favorite" bookmarks. You can click and drag them to re-arrange them on the new tab page. On Orion, you must navigate to Bookmarks > Edit Boomarks in order to re-arrange favorites.
