Add commands for switching windows

i think this is so much easier that remembering what the shortcut for switching on that exact window you need is.

and also the latter is not changable, its always Cmd+Opt+windows_number. I think more convinient way is to use smth like Tab Switcher but for windows or to give users way to change this shortcut.

rusipka Good idea. Will it switch between only active or closed (named) windows too?

It make sence to switch bettween only active windows.

As for closed ones maybe if user had means to change this shortcut (option+cmd) or set specific numbers (instead of "3" in my example). RN its not clear how they get counted and wht. if so then:

1 I open only windows I need rn and switch between using shortcut with arrows
2 if I need to open closed window (that I set up earlier and remember its purpous) I use shortcut with that specific number.

Ok we can add this to Window menu

Go To Next Window shift cmd up
Go To Previous Window shift cmd down

It will switch between open windows.
