Steps to reproduce:
Scroll with the touchpad on a ProMotion capable MacBook Pro. Scrolling is at a lower framerate (my guess is 60hz) until I let go of the touchpad and inertia scrolling starts, which is very smooth, running at a high framerate.
Expected behavior:
Scrolling should be at 120hz all the time.
