Steps to reproduce:
After launching Orion with 12 tabs open across 2 windows, one of which is minimized to the Dock, I noticed the com.apple.WebKit.WebContent.Orion spinning at 100% CPU while idle at a github.com PR. Closing all tabs except for this bug reporting page did not reduce the CPU usage.
Attached is a sample
of that spinning process.
Expected behavior:
Don't spin at 100% CPU with just one tab open to this bug reporting website.
