Need to be able to specify file types to open rather than save to downloads (for things like Citrix .ica files)

There are files that should be automatically opened rather than saved when the site sends them. A big example which could affect migration to Orion is .ica files from Citrix. In our medical center, we click an icon on our site to open the medical record → this creates sends an .ica file which is opened (not saved) with its application, Citrix Workspace browser, which in turn launches the Citrix session with the medical record system.

As it is now, it looks like Orion just fails to launch Citrix (people aren't going to know that a file was downloaded and it is launched).

I can work with this of course, but to prevent it from being an obstacle to adoption of Orion, I hope it's fixed before 1.0, when I'm going to be promoting the heck out of Orion to a lot of people in our system (most of whom have Macs as personal devices )!
