Add Changelog Window

As a long-time mac user I always enjoyed the mostly consistent app updating experience because most (small) developers used Sparkle. Always the same info, usually accessed from the same menu item in the same spot for hundreds, thousands of apps over the years.
Although it seems to be growing less popular with more software going for (silent) auto-updating strategies and showing a changelog only after the update already happened.

Imho the Sparkle UX is preferable because it gives the users more control over which software updates they choose to install and when.

Vlad Indeed, that update window is so ubiquitous that for years I thought it was part of Apple's frameworks.
