  • Password field does not get reset when switching from “Log In” to “Sign Up”, may cause password reuse

Steps to reproduce:

  • Try to erroneously log in to orionfeedback.org with another account (e.g., Kagi.com).
  • Get an error and click “Sign up”.
  • Email and password fields remain filled from prevoius attempt. If the user provides the name and leaves other fields as is, the user creates an Orion feedback account with the same email and password as previous failed attemt (e.g., from Kagi.com).

Expected behavior:
Reset password field, possibly email field as well.
