Add-on name missing in dialog box

Steps to reproduce:
Add FoxyProxy from the Firefox add-on store.

Expected behavior:
Dialog should state name of add-on.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.119-beta (WebKit 615.1.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.5 build 21G72)

Indeed, the add-on doesn't have the name configured. Not does the add-on work properly at all. Too bad. It's a most wanted add-on for web developers.
