Are you guys using a second monitor or projector? I have no problems, but the other day i connected a projector and got issues on all major streamng sites. which seemed to be a DRM thing. i was getting a similar issues on other browsers with chromium but there the browser asked me to download Google Widewine and it then it worked fine

    I am having the same error code S7353-5101. My macbook and Orion is up to date. I use disney+ as well and it works fine but netflix won't. I cleared the cookies, compatibility mode is on, shutdown the computer and waited for at least 10 minutes to open it and it still wouldn't work. I also tried removing my extensions and it still didn't work. Any updates on what to do?

      IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT NETFLIX

      I just talked to one of the netflix customer service employees, and they said they didn't support netflix for Orion at all. I think that's why everyone has been having the same issue.
      I was talking to support team in turkish but i translated it and wrote what it meant line by line. I hope there is something that can be done at this point.

        cilgincerry You could send the download link and get Netflix staff as a part of the userbase

            Regarding the latest update, Netflix customer service saying Orion is not a supported browser, wouldn't that mean that 100% of Orion users would get an error? There must be something else that is the issue here.

            Anyway, as has been mentioned multiple times before, it is not just Netflix. I can't play any video on Netflix, and I can't play any video on HBO Max. The only streaming service that works on Orion is Disney+.

            I understand the devs are not looking into the Netflix issue until they get a more explanatory message from Netflix. Are they looking into the HBO Max issue that has also been previously reported?

              I think theres a bit of misinformation in this thread. This is not a Netflix issue, or a HBO Max issue, or any platforms issue, this is an Orion DRM Issue.

              It well known that Netflix and others do not support the Orion Browser, that does not mean that they block it in anyway, it just means that they can't guaurenteee it will work, therefore we get these mixed results where it works for some people with some shows but not others.

              @Vlad Could we possibly have this thread changed to a generic Orion DRM Content thread as that is the real underlying issue here.

                B4ND1T Current title help users find it easier, but it can be a generic DRM issue, it is not clear from the error message given, nor it is clear what can Orion do about it.

                  Netflix appears to be working for me on the latest RC, build 0.99.123.3.7-rc (WebKit 616.1.10) that was released today. I am running it with compatibility mode on just to be safe. Hopefully looking forward to use this and other streaming services with the new web app feature also coming in the next release!
