Hovering over a search suggestion and then clicking on 'Kagi suggestions' etc. searches for those phrases instead

Steps to reproduce:

Type your search query into the URL bar
Hover over the results
(accidentally) click on 'Switch to tab', 'Kagi Suggestions', 'Bookmarks & History' etc.
Orion has now searched for that phrase instead of the original query

Expected behavior:
Orion should either ignore the clicks on the aforementioned phrases (this is what Safari does) or search for the highlighted result (perhaps a bit confusing for the user).

Steps to reproduce:

Make a search for a site you visited before.
Click on the text "Top Hits"
A search opens for the string "top hits"

Expected behavior:
This is not clickable, and no text opens.
