Vertical tabs render all tabs as a sub group of some tab

Vertical tabs rerender themselves as sub group of some opened tab. The attached screenshot is from 1 Orion instance.

Steps to reproduce:
~~Unfortunately I don't know exact steps to reproduce, it happened twice and only closing all tabs helped.~~

Open a website (e.g. kagi.com)
Open any YouTube video (it has to be the last tab in the vertical tabs list, see the second attachment)
Start the video
Close the YouTube tab

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.118-beta (WebKit 614.1.20)
MacBook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.5 build 21G72)

@Vlad I was able to reproduce, I've updated the bug report with steps to reproduce it.
