Orion FAQ and Orion Features should not be added to Favorites on updates

Steps to reproduce:

Update Orion
See Orion FAQ and Orion Features added to Favorites (Possibly duplicated multiple times too)

Expected behavior:
Orion FAQ and Orion Features only show up on install, and are not added on subsequent updates

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.117-rc (WebKit 614.1.20)
macOS Monterey 12.4
x86_64 build
