Proxy extensions to access Russian blocked sites do not work (FastProxy)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install extension
   https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fastproxy-%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%85%D0%BE%D0%B4-%D0%B1%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%BA%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BA/mkelkmkgljeohnaeehnnkmdpocfmkmmf
2. Go to page https://rutracker.org/forum/index.php

Note: the problem is relevant for Russian users, so to reproduce the bug, you must either be in Russia or simulate the location via VPN.

Expected behavior:
Website must be loaded correctly (see video comparison Orion vs Chrome).
