Can't Open Orion - Damaged Or Incomplete

Steps to reproduce:
I use Raycast(https://www.raycast.com) to quickly open Orion to a search results page using the Kagi search engine.

For example, I enter the shortcut to open Raycast and begin typing my search parameters. Then, when I press enter, Raycast automatically opens Orion to something like:

https://kagi.com/search?q=remix+cloudflare

Expected behavior:
I expect Orion to open to the requested page. When I use any other browser for this shortcut, it works properly.

Actual behavior:
About 25% of the time, Orion does not open. Instead, I receive a dialog that states:

You can't open the application "Orion.app" because it may be damaged or incomplete.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion Version 0.99.116-beta (WebKit 614.1.20)
macOS Version 12.4 (21F79)
2017 MacBook Pro 15", 16 GB RAM

Try running the terminal command open /Applications/Orion.app. May provide more details.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that several times without being able to reproduce the problem from the command line.

I deleted and reinstalled Orion. That seemss to have solved it.
